In the blockstore you can find all the steps you need to build a AI search functionality. Documentation will be available in 2 weeks. If you don’t want to build it from scratch, you can also use our app template. With this template, your users can any question about uploaded documents, enabling a more human-like interaction with the data. The app's advanced processing capabilities ensure accurate and relevant results, making data discovery an efficient and enjoyable process.

Fixes
Pages
The delete icon in the Image and File Upload component was not visible when the theme color LIGHT was used as background color. This is now configurable via a component option instead of always taking the Light color from the theme builder.
Date picker components in for example Update Forms returned the wrong date when loading the record (the date value was rendered one day behind). While trying to use the date format function on a hyphenated string date, it was subtracting one day from the date while formatting. The fix was in fact to change the hypes for slashes.
Data list components fired both on Success and the on No Results events when requesting data from the database with results successfully. This has been changed to only fire the on Success event now.
Data
Schema models:
When the schemamodel detail view is active the data icon in the sidebar wasn’t highlighted, that is fixed now.
When pressing enter when creating a new schema model, the name was falsely validated and gave a ‘required’ error. Now, the user can create a new schema model by clicking on the enter.

Application development role can now be changed between user and builder roles

In the next two weeks, we will release:
The first scope of the new Object page variables in Beta.
Grid view option in the Public file selectors inside the page builder. This to enhance the experience while browsing through and selecting a public file.
Data
In the next two weeks, we will release the ability to quickly add properties to schema models.
Actions
By the end of this month, we will release the ability to test your (public) actions in the IDE. This way, you don’t need to use the playground anymore.

In the next two weeks: Manage share block permissions on company level so that only the members with the correct permissions can share blocks within the company or specific organizations.
In the next four weeks:
Promote application as company template, so that templates are available to be created within all organizations of the company.
Application origin template is now displayed in the template overview so that impacts on this template can be communicated with users that adopted the template.
Education
The education team is going to work on splitting the classic and current gen documentation so that you will no longer have the wrong gen of documentation popping up while searching for your answers
Expect a document about the AI search functionality and how to set it up
To guide new users the education team is going to create an introduction guide on setting up your first application, a step-by-step tutorial!
