In this article you'll learn:

  • What Changes are.
  • Which changes are shown in the overview
  • What info you can get from a change.

Tools > Changes

The last item in the Tools menu is ‘Changes’.

In the changes you’re able to see all the developer-made changes of your application. Creating new - or editing - records won’t show in the changes, because these are not changes made to the app, but changes made to the data.

In the Changes you’ll see a grid view containing changes with the following properties

The specific moment when the change was done.

Merged at

Shows the moment the change was merged from the sandbox app to the current app.

Which user made the change.

C(R)UD-based definition of the change. Either Create, Update or Delete.

The app-part type. Something like: endpoint, component, file_asset or model_action.

The specific object on which the change was done. (this often also has a link to the object)

Just as any back-office you can open an record to see details. So if you click on a change you'll see what the old value was, and what the new value is now.
